Another year has gone by....my sweet little girl is 3! It's hard to believe how fast these kids are growing. Each day has been such a blessing with this exuberant ball of energy! She is really fascinated with any kind of princess these days, so we thought it fitting to have a royal, princess theme for her birthday. Everyone dressed in their favorite royal attire, and Cinderella made an appearance to give her and her friends a small makeover, manicures and pedicures. She also read them a story. She may not have been Disney World calibur, but she did a great job and the children loved her. We also enjoyed a Little Mermaid theme cake, by special request of the birthday girl. She actually asked if we could get a mermaid to come to her party too. I told her it would be tough, so she settled for one on her cake. Mermaids are another of her favorite things right now. In fact, she will tell you she wants to be a mermaid when she grows up! It's cute, until she tries diving and swimming like one in the bathtub!
