"The mens are done mommy" is exactly what my little 2 year-old told me today when we arrived at home after school and the workmen were gone and so was all of their equipment. And she was right. They worked super hard yesterday and got TONS of work done, so today all they had was a few smaller trees in front of the top parking pad so we can enlarge it, and a very old magnolia tree in the front yard that was practically laying over the street. I really hated parting with the magnolia, it was so pretty and gave me some wonderful greenery, but I guess there is no going back now. Here are some pictures of our progress....
Next up, the excavation of stumps and shrubbery in the back...
